Charis College of Theology offers three primary programmes designed to meet students at different stages of their theological journey. Each programme builds upon the previous, providing a clear progression from foundational studies to advanced theological engagement.

Certificate in Theological Studies (C.T.S.)

1 Year

A rigorous one‑year foundation in the core disciplines of Christian theology. Students engage in a comprehensive survey of the Old and New Testaments, systematic theology, biblical hermeneutics, homiletics, church history, missiology, Christian leadership, ethics, apologetics, and world religions.

Diploma in Theology (Dip.Th.)

2 Years

A two‑year advanced programme that builds upon the Certificate curriculum. In addition to deeper exegetical study in Old and New Testament, students undertake intermediate coursework in systematic theology, historical theology, and practical ministry. Emphasis is placed on developing exegetical proficiency in the biblical languages (introductory Greek and Hebrew), refining preaching skills through advanced homiletics, and engaging critically with primary sources in church history.

Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.)

4 Years

A comprehensive four‑year baccalaureate degree integrating classical theological disciplines with ministerial praxis. The curriculum provides advanced instruction in biblical Hebrew and Greek, systematic and biblical theology, historical theology, philosophical theology, Christian ethics, and apologetics. Students also complete supervised ministry internships and a senior research project.
